# Refund, Return & Order Cancellation Policy

1. Bullion Product Return Notice

Due to rapid spot price fluctuations in precious metals markets, all completed physical bullion sales are final upon payment settlement. Market-loss policy applies to any approved pre-shipment cancellations.

2. Pre-Shipment Order Cancellation

If an order is cancelled prior to shipment authorization, a 3% administrative cancellation fee plus any market price differential loss will be charged to the customer's payment method.

3. Defective or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or with broken security seals, the customer must notify support within 48 hours of carrier delivery with photographic proof. Insured carrier claims will be processed promptly.

4. Service Fee Non-Refundability

Administrative and concierge service fees for IRA intake or vault routing become non-refundable once administrative processing has commenced.
