# Master Service Agreement

1. Scope of Administrative Services

ELIT GOLD EXCHANGE provides administrative concierge, order processing, and concierge application routing for physical bullion purchases, IRA/Trust applications, and third-party vault storage options.

2. Order Placement & Price Lock

All physical bullion pricing listed on ELIT GOLD EXCHANGE is locked upon successful order submission and payment authorization. Due to market volatility, orders are subject to manual review, payment verification, and fulfillment partner inventory confirmation.

3. Fulfillment & Title Transfer

Fulfillment is executed via accredited partner mints and depositories (e.g. APMEX, JM Bullion, SD Bullion). Ownership title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon carrier pickup with full transit insurance coverage.
